I ordered my flowers by phone and found it a very easy process I ordered a sheaf for my friends funeral but was disappointed with the presentation it looked more like an ordinary bunch of flowers it wasn’t like the picture I saw on line I’ve bought from Lucy butler before and have always been happy with their flowers so I don’t know what went wrong this time

Everything done online so I was crossing fingers for a good out come. I hate not being able to talk to a human but being in Australia and the time difference I put my trust in choosing from a Google search. .. They delivered! Absolutely stunning wreath made for my Dad’s funeral. Exactly as I described on the phone how I wanted it and with additional fairy lights Incorporated into the flowers. I’m not sure of the name of the lady who did this for me but she was really helpful and did an amazing job. Cannot recommend highly enough and at a very reasonable price too. The flowers from Lucy for my mum's funeral were outstandingly beautiful. Exactly as we had asked for via the web site. My dad was so pleased with his display which were stunning. The price was so reasonable and the size was better than the web site shows. We did call at the shop but Lucy was on a well earned break. We were a little worried that having to book via the web site three days before the funeral would have been a problem but thankfully it wasn't and were kept up to date with emails.
