All the negative feed-backs are written by the interpreters/translators, and I would not blame them. I am also an interpreter for this company. LST was the BEST interpreting/translating company that I have worked for, however just a few of years ago the company has employed somebody called Nauman. This guy was working as a manager in the company and after a while he has opened a new company with exactly the same name, (sorry he has actually added two more words UK-LST). Although there is nothing wrong with opening your own business, what Nauman did was, he took all LST’s customers and interpreters/translators with him. I know that because when Nauman sends an e-mail to all his interpreters/translators he also sends me one. He has done that so cleverly (rather sneaky) none of his clients realised that he basically done something very unethical. He almost copied the company’s name. He basically left this lovely company in a financial disaster and they have struggled big time. I have also (recently) been contacted by one of LST’s former assistants and she asked me to do some translation for one of LST’s clients (I have not accepted the work). She is the same but in a rather small scale. All I am saying although interpreters/translators have right to ask for their money, please do give them a chance and be patient until they are back on their feet, they will pay you as they paid me. I have written this comment on Nauman’s google reviews as well, however he has flagged me within few hours and my comment has disappeared. I hope he goes through the same experience and understands how terrible it is to play with peoples' livelihoods and reputation. More...
