Excellent service from my first enquiry email. Received prompt and articulate replies. Appointment made and Lewis turned up a bit early, for which he apologised.
However, was great for me that he turned up early.
Lewis was very polite and carried out the necessary work very professionally, with no mess left behind. Squeezed in some extra work, for which I was very grateful.
I paid nothing until Lewis had sent me an invoice later in the day, covering the exact amount we had agreed.
