We were so lucky to find Lovelit Films! Abigail and De were absolutely spectacular to work with. After a fairly last minute addition to our budget, I was on the hunt for a videographer about a month(! !!) before my September 2018 wedding, and my planner got us in contact with Abigail of Lovelit. She organized a video call, and Abigail was wonderful in asking about what we were looking to get out of our videography and learning about us as a couple. Their work was beautiful, and she was so personable that we were sold immediately! Fast forward to the day of the wedding, and I can't say ENOUGH good things about Abigail and De. I have to admit I was BIG TIME stressing on the big day, and Abigail was consistently a calming presence who reminded me it was OK to take a moment to breathe, rest, or just have a moment with my new husband. I CANNOT express the value in a voice like that on a crazy day – I never expected my videography team to be a piece of sanity in such a whirlwind of a big day, but Abigail and De were! The highlight film they produced for us was so touching and fun, and I feel like it really captured the special moments of the day. I've shared it with family and friends and have been met with happy tears and smiles each time. We couldn't be more obsessed with Abigail and her team. I was referred to Abigail by a friend who hired LoveLit for her own wedding, and the moment I previewed some of the short films on their site, there was no going back. ..I cried watching the wedding films of people that I didn't even know!When you're looking for a videographer and watching endless wedding vids online, they all start to feel the same, and they all start to feel cheesy. This isn't the case with LoveLit. Every film is unique, because they really showcase the uniqueness in every couple's story. Abigail spends the time getting to know you and learning about what's important to you in a wedding film. It's clear this isn't just a job, and that she really cares about her clients & telling everyone's love story differently. On the wedding day, we thought it would be uncomfortable to be followed around with cameras all day - but we honestly didn't even notice!! Fast forward to seeing the finished videos, and we're in awe of all the amazing content that was captured, without ever feeling like we were being filmed. Abigail and her team felt more like friends that were guests at our wedding than a team working at it! Their personable, calming presence made everything that much better. Our wedding films are more awesome than we could have imagined! We've already watched them over and over again after just receiving them. In a span of 5 minutes I've laughed, cried and gone through the ringer of all the emotions, and truly been brought back to that day. I can't really express the value in that! I would highly recommend LoveLit to anyone looking for a videographer that will truly capture your personalities, the uniqueness in your relationship and the endless love that surrounds your wedding day! After a terrible experience with our previous videographer, our wedding planner referred us to LoveLit Films and from that first meeting on, we knew Abigail was passionate about her work! She is detailed, flexible to work with, and so kind. She asked us what was important to us in the day so she made sure to include it in the highlight video and when the trailer came out, we were so in shock that something as disheveled as a wedding day could come together so seamlessly. Our friends and family were very impressed with the highlight video and my now husband and I watch it all the time with wide grins on our faces. Abigail and her team were GODSENDS! We were really on the fence about videography for our wedding, but we finally decided to look into it and see if we could do it affordably. They really worked with us to customize a package in our price range and after receiving the footage I feel like we got the deal of the century. They went out of their way to ensure they captured all the special moments, running around getting different angles. The truth is we didn't even realize how much running around they were doing until we saw some of the rough footage, because they never were distracting. I swear they are like ninjas- we barely noticed them but when we looked at the footage they were always there to catch the special moments. They were professional, on time, and true artists. I feel so lucky to have booked them! Also if you are on the fence about videography- DO IT. I am not really a photogenic person so I was worried that my photos wouldn't capture the way I really looked on the day and now that I have video footage I know that my future kids/grandkids will get a true sense of how the day looked and felt. I can't say enough amazing things about Abigail and her team. As soon as we watched one of their videos we knew we had to book them. After talking to Abigail for the first time, we fell in love! Their style is unique in that it tells your story in a beautiful, natural, non cheesy way. I was a little worried about having someone video us the whole day, but Abigail was not only such a joy to have with us all day, but we really didn't notice the filming. She is so good at getting the shots she needs, quickly and she does it in a very natural way. In the beginning of the process, we were also concerned about things like music choice (after seeing so many bad wedding videos from others!). When we saw the 1 min preview film Lovelit created after our wedding, we were so happy. The instrumental music choice perfectly captured the essence of the day.We just received our full video and are SO obsessed. I can't imagine not booking a videographer, and I can't imagine our day being captured by anyone other than Lovelit! We loved them so much we've already referred some friends and they booked them too.Also, I would highly suggest opting for the drone, it was a must have for us and really made the video! More...
