The lovely ladies here did such a fantastic job on our dusty old black lab. He came out so glossy and soft that people stopped him on the street to admire his coat! Amazing what they can do.

After looking at a few groomers in South East London for our 6m Labradoodle Dayla, we chose LMH and we couldn't be happier with the service! From our initial call to picking up our fluffball everything was great! Dayla can be a bit sensitive about things and the other groomer we checked out also had day care pups running around and being excited whilst the dog was on the table - so we decided to look elsewhere. Dayla had a GREAT time. I thought she would be stressed, needing loads of treats and a little madam, but apparently she did great! We can't wait for her next one and we also got some really good advice on how to groom such an insanely fluffy dog. More...

Took my mums dog Mitzi today for her first time at love my hound, before my mum always stayed with her at the previous parlour because Mitzi gets so nervous, I was really dubious about taking her somewhere new knowing I couldn’t stay with her. My little cavachon has the tightest curls in his fur and is prone to tats. Love my hound don’t even bat an eyelid and they make him look a million dollars every time he goes. They always try and give him the same groomer so he has a bond with the same member of staff (I didn’t ask for this btw, I’m not some crazy dog person - honest!) I took Chester today after his appointment got cancelled somewhere else and I have to say I was so pleased they cancelled. The staff were truly amazing and informative and we will be returning with Chester for future visits. They made Chester and myself feel at ease as this was his first FULL groom and they groomed him beautifully and he was not stressed in anyway Infact he even wanted to go back in the groom room when I collected him. We took our puppy, Geoffrey, to Kim and the team this morning for his first ever groom. He loved every minute of it and came out smelling like a million dollars! They took special care of Geoffrey and I really liked that you could visibly see how the team were grooming the dogs through the window. We will definitely be visiting often. It was my dog’s (Tallulah Belle) first visit and I have to say it won’t be the last! The staff are extremely friendly and have a very warm atmosphere as you enter the parlour. Kim the groomer, who made my dog look absolutely gorgeous, was the kindest and most helpful staff anyone could have asked for. I was also given tips on how to maintain her grooming.I highly recommend taking your beloved pooch here, they will love it, the only trouble is they don’t want to leave!PS the store has a very nice mix of toys, clothes, bedding and treats. My dog George isn’t keen on being groomed (usually he’s terrified of the whole experience) but Love My Hound is the only place we’ve ever found where he’s happily and voluntarily skipped back in to the treatment room after his wash to say goodbye to the staff and has left calm, happy and relaxed. Friendly and professional groomers who really understand dogs (and anxious owners!) and clearly love what they do. We’ll be back! More...

Love My Hound is without a doubt my favourite dog groomers in London. Jinny my GSD mix always loves getting groomed there and I can never leave without getting some of the and toys and essentials they have for sale. I particularly like being able to see through to where the dogs get groomed which is always well equipped and spotless, I can't imagine how they do it with all those dogs!
