Michele did our wedding cake and what am incredible job she did. We hadn't had any intention of having a big cake but I saw her at a wedding fayre and spotted the log cake which fit perfectly with our theme, it was a no brainer. I asked if it could be tailored to go with our wedding flowers of sunflowers and blue berries which was no problem. We were able to do a cake tasting weeks before and then left her to it. Our 1st view was when we arrived at the venue. Wow!! What a show stopper. Our guests didn't believe it was real until we cut into it and the taste was amazing!! Michele was recommended to me by my husband for our little girls Baptism cake . I am VERY picky about cake makers having had some fairly disastrous ‘cakes’ delivered to me from local makers and it was important to me that not only was it good cake but the finish of the cake was to a very high standard . And the modelling was also of a high standard . Michele was so fabulous to deal with in the planning stages , I felt she was almost as excited by the design as I was . We pooled ideas and cake up with a few options . The cake was delivered on Saturday and everyone was VERY excited to see it . I was over the moon with the finished cake and couldn’t wait to see it in place at the party . When our little girl saw it she was utterly mesmerised by it , sadly the flowers proved far too tempting for a two year old to leave especially as to her joy you could EAT them ! So when we came to cut the cake it was minus almost all it’s pretty flowers . The cake was loved by all our guests , and we still had plenty to bring home to enjoy. I can’t recommend Michele highly enough and we hope she will be able to do our next celebration cake in the summer ! More...

Myself and Matt would like to say a massive thank you to Michele for making our stunning wedding cake on Sunday. It looked absolutely stunning & tasted amazing. So glad we decided to keep the top tier just for ourselves, the rest of the cake certainly went down well with our guests as we don’t have much of it left over. Love Life Eat Cake was recommend to us by a lady we booked to play the harp at our wedding and I’m so glad she did. We had a unicorn wedding and Michelle and her daughter made sure our cake matched this theme and it looked even better than I could have ever imagined! Michele was fantastic and did both our wedding cake and 30th Birthday cake.

We needed a gluten free tier and this was delicious as well as the other two tiers. The 30th Birthday cake was eaten in less than 5 mins - went down a treat.

Michele is amazing and last month created the most beautiful wedding cake we have seen and tasted. It was just what we wanted and tasted beautiful.
This is the second cake we have had from Michele after my husband surprised me with a 30th cake made by Michele which was absolutely fantastic!
We can not thank Michele enough for all she has done to make both my birthday and our wedding so very special! 100% recommended!

Michele made our wedding in July and we could not have asked for anything more perfect. She is a very dedicated, professional cake maker with the greatest imagination for her designs. We changed our minds about the flower designs several times and it was never a problem.Not only did the cake look stunning it tasted great too. The only down side was that it had to be cut :( but I've never seen a wedding cake disappear so quickly. All of the guests commented on how lovely it was. Luckily the venue saved us some for the next day and it certainly tasted amazing!I would not hesitate to book Michele in the future. More...

Michele is a baking genius and really did create my dream wedding cake. From the first consultation, she sat down with us to discuss the design of the cake tier by tier and what flavours we wanted. Nothing was too much for Michele, she even agreed to take on the challenge of creating 100 cake pop wedding favours decorated as bride and grooms.When I arrived at the venue on the day itself, I was blown away at how beautiful the cake and the cake pops looked! It broke my heart to eat them but I was pleased to find that not only did they look gorgeous but they also tasted delicious.Michele really is fantastic and her attention to detail is second to none.
