Completely changed my relationship with food for the better. I was with them for 12 weeks in 2016 and the dietician who worked with me was fabulous in supporting me throughout the process. 3 years on and I have not gained back any of the weight I had put on (I believe I lost about 5 kg). Is it extravagant? Yes, sure. But it's also an investment and you get out what you put in. I'm sure there are much cheaper ways to go about it. But having someone to check in on me, give me step by step easy recipes and to act as a counselor is what many people need to get out of patterns of unhealthy eating. I told them I'll be back ... after having a baby some day! Until then, I'm happy to say I don't need Louise Parker, because I was set up to succeed on my own after the programme. More...

After meeting Louise Parker in early April 2014, I signed up for the Exclusive Louise program for 4 months. The objective was a loss of 28 pounds, which exceeded my own expectations. The experience of working directly with Louise was absolutely wonderful and the program approach was something that I could understand from a scientific, behavioral point of view. Also, what I learned during my time on the program is absolutely consistent with the information that is provided in Louise's books and on her social media feeds. I am convinced that the dietitians who are involved in the Louise Parker Method programs work according to the same well-established approach that I followed with Louise. During the 4 months in 2014, I hit the weight target we established and even surpassed it a bit. What is more important is that I am still at my target weight today, four and a half years after completing the program. Without any reservations, I highly recommend the Louise Parker Method to anyone who is fed up with not achieving the weight, fitness level, and peace of mind that they wish to achieve and maintain. I got so much out of my Transform experience. Mine was just six weeks (and I’d do it again post-natally) but I continued to learn lessons and understand the patterns of behaviour that were holding me back previously even after I finished working with the dietician. My only reservation is that I didn’t feel that the transition from Transform to what comes next was covered in a way with which I felt confident. As I said, my Transform was only six weeks, but if I was to advise anyone about anything it would be that you may require extra sessions as you move on. This wasn’t initially clear to me. The ladies are all lovely and I love the online community too. I’d highly recommend working with LP. It may feel like an extravagance but it’s one of the best things you can do not only for yourself but for the important people around you too. More...

Having struggled with my weight for my entire adult life I initially started following the Louise Parker Method via her books. As my journey continues I wanted to consolidate what I had learnt and work more on all four pillars of the plan to ensure that I do reach my goal and never go back to where I was. My dietician, Katie, was excellent and tailored each session precisely to my needs. I feel that my time on the program has really helped to embed the habits and that I am now in a good place to continue until I reach my goal. I’ve now lost 5 stone but more importantly I lead a fit, healthy and active life and food is now just food, not an emotional crutch or a source of comfort. If you're on the fence...just do it. The team are super friendly, the advice expert and the recipe book and tips huge. Don't expect to change without some effort, planning and discipline yourself but if you put that in you will transform! I'm excited to see how much further towards my goal I can get on the plan and it has truly changed my habits and outlook for good...I can still have my daily treats, not just weekly, and enjoy greedy life to its fullest but in a new and energising way now. I never thought that it would work but it did! The support the team give you is incredible and make you realise that you are in charge of your own destiny and that every bit of food does count. I had been in denial for years about my diet and constantly ‘forgetting’ food i ate and thinking it didn’t count. Louise Parker has made me realise and be aware of everything i eat but in a good way. The feeling of eating well far outweighs that packet of Haribo. She also spends time looking at triggers and why we eat the way we do. This has been a really helpful tool so rather than feel guilty you have to ask yourself why you did it, what made you reach for the Percy Pigs. I would highly recommend this method. More...

I recently completed the Transform programme (remotely, via Skype) with Louise Parker and had fantastic results. Not only was I able to get down to my goal weight, I have gained strength in a few my lifts. I was particularly pleased to be able to do my first unassisted pull-ups and pistol squats during the programme. My dietitian, Nicola, has been amazing. She worked with me week by week to adjust my energy needs, and to address any challenges I had or will have (stress, schedule, special occasions) throughout the process. Ultimately, whether the Louise Parker method works for you will depend on you. To your commitment to the process, to your desire to change your habits, to your willpower and determination. The method itself and your consultant dietitian will give you everything you need: a framework to change your lifestyle, your body shape, your relationship to food and exercise. If you commit to it, you will succeed. The beauty of the method is that it's logical and straightforward. When you first read the guides, it will make sense and that's very useful as there are so many theories and fads in this area, sometimes it''s difficult to make sense of the options. The structure of the program also works well, with weekly weigh ins and discussions with your consultant who can explain your progress, answer questions and help solve issues. Reshma was always helpful, always encouraging and - weirdly - I ended up wanting to please her as much as anything. The other important factor is that it works fast. In the first week of following the method, I dropped 2kg. If I'd had any misgivings, any moments of weakness in the first week, when, yes, I felt hungry and was missing some of my comfort foods, they all dissolved instantly. Over the first eight weeks, I dropped 10 kg,. I worked hard for it. I exercised regularly - on average twice a day - and I followed the plan to the letter. And I'm fairly confident that anyone who did likewise would achieve the same results. As a result, I feel better, have more energy and have a better understanding of my body and a far healthier relationship with food.One warning note: it's an expensive business. After about 8 weeks I no longer had a single pair of trousers that fit and had to overhaul almost my entire wardrobe. That's a good problem to have though!! More...

I can highly recommend the Louise Parker Method as a way of eating healthily for life that helps you to learn to enjoy food, your figure and life in general! For the first 6 weeks of following the plan, I worked with an LP Dietician, Rachael, which I found invaluable. It was good to be accountable to someone, as I went in for weekly weigh ins, but those meetings were about more than standing on the scales. They were a weekly coaching session on how I was feeling generally and managing the programme, and a chance for me to ask questions about food, exercise, and the choices I was making. I never felt judged or told off: I only ever felt heard, respected and encouraged. I also loved the fact that the programme focuses on more than just your weight - it takes a holistic approach by asking you to look at your whole life - body, mind and lifestyle - and I found that very powerful. My targets were not only about a number in terms of weight (and the whole process re-educated me about how misleading that number I've always obsessed about really is), but also about how I wanted to feel. I lost more weight than I thought I would in 6 weeks - 1 stone. It really felt like the weight just melted away and yet I was eating more than I would previously, but eating good stuff that was also tasty and enjoyable. Don't get me wrong, I was disciplined in following the programme and at the start that took effort, will power and organisation. But once I understood the principles and found the food combinations I liked, it was simple to follow, particularly as I could see and feel the figure I wanted starting to emerge. I also helped myself with the choices I made about who I saw in that 6 week period i.e. only meeting up with or visiting those family and friends who I knew would support me in sticking with it. What I'm even more delighted about is that the success has continued beyond those 6 weeks. Immediately after the 6 weeks, I went away on holiday and put a few pounds back on. I didn't regret any of it, cos I'd enjoyed myself on holiday, whilst sticking to some parts of the plan and keeping the exercise up. As soon as I got back from holiday, I went back to following the programme and lost the weight I'd put on in less than a week. I've continued to stick with it since, and I've now lost another half a stone, which means in total I've lost 1.5 stones in 11 weeks. I feel great in terms of my general health, my mindset about both myself and my life, and I feel so good in what I'm wearing. It's been an education about food and burning calories, body fat vs muscle mass. I now know how to make good healthy choices, whilst also feeling able to enjoy those indulgent foods when I want to without regret. This has been an important experience for me, and I cannot recommend the Louise Parker method and her dieticians highly enough. More...

I contacted Louise Parkers team after reading Louise Parker’s book ‘Lean for Life’. Her approach to healthy living really appealed to me but I felt I needed some extra guidance to implement it. I signed up for the 12 week transform programme and lost more weight (mostly fat and gains in muscle) than I ever have before (8 kgs), having previously followed what seems like every faddy diet going! The service and support offered is brilliant and I have successfully changed my lifestyle, adopting a healthier, balanced and practical approach to exercise, food and managing stress which I feel I can maintain for many years to come. I have just finished a 12 week programme at the clinic and I honestly could not be happier. This is the best time and money I've ever spent, having finally made a decision to do something for ME. This LP experience has changed my life! The four pillars have helped me to improve my way of eating and exercising. My mindset has shifted and I enjoy eating and moving so much more. Feeling upset or guilty about my eating habits belongs to the past. I have lost 13 kgs in 12 weeks and my habits have not changed since. Neither has my weight ;) I will be forever thankful to Louise Parker for her work!
Yes, its not cheap, but its money well spent. Of course I have committed 100% to the program and have been following all the rules and advices I have been given by my lovely dietician Kat who was of great support to me. I did exercise 3 times a week in my own favorite Fitness Studio because I am not London based. Other I walked 10'000 steps every day and I ate according to the plan.
I love my new wardrobe! After having gained some 10 kg over the last couple of years I said to myself: You either do something about it properly or you stop complaining about your weight. I have chosen to do it properly.

I did a 6 week Transform programme with Kat as my lovely dietician. I lost 1lb a week and better still this has continued now I'm flying solo. For me by far the most helpful part was being coached out of the "Diet" mentality. This is a set of tools, habits and lifestyle choices that are adaptable, achievable and have become part of everyday life. No stress around food and weight anymore. A revelation. Thanks so much Kat!

I contacted Louise after I'd had my first baby. I'd put on more than three stone and was feeling throughly miserable. Yes she's expensive and yes you can do it on your own. But if it were that easy we'd all look like her! Her dietitians gave me really good advice, her "method" is simple but very easy to use and her trainers are great. Two of them whipped me into shape and I really enjoyed the sessions. It was only when I fully committed to the food plan that the weight (literally) started to fall off. I started my Louise Parker programme a year ago and have lost 5 stone. It has been a big financial commitment but definitely worth the investment as I'm now healthier, feel generally more positive about life and am loving a new wardrobe! I found the sensible, evidence based advice from Catherine, my dietician, a great help and always enjoy our appointments. Initially, I met up with her weekly, but she was flexible with the schedule as I got used to the programme, and we moved to fortnightly then monthly meetings. I have realised that there"s no such thing as a quick fix; the programme has become a way of life and I no longer see the odd treat as a disaster, because I'm happy to follow the LP programme everyday. After the first few months, my body shape changed and I had the confidence to start running. To my great surprise, I now enjoy exercise!
