Having planned countless events, assisted with weddings through my venue dressing business and with my love for organisation and attention to detail, I put my skills and creative flair together and became an International wedding and event professional and have gone on to establish myself as a Wedding and Event Planner.

I have always had a love for weddings and events, being someone who loves to be organised, with checklists for everything. Seeing everything pulled together on the day of the wedding or event and seeing the expression of happiness on my couples and clients faces makes my job all worth while, i love it!

I have always been a very creative, organised and detail orientated person, planning my own wedding I loved every minute of it and knew I had found my calling. In 2011 I started my company and since then it has gone from strength to strength, having planned and styled countless Weddings and Events.

I can help take the stress out of planning, taking on all of the aspects of your wedding that you need extra assistance with or if you simply dont know where to start. I have packages to suit most budgets, you can have a stand-alone package or add a few packages together to make a larger one, I really try to narrow down what you need assistance with in small pieces at a time to be more affordable and less daunting when planning your wedding.

Services

Are you in the final few weeks leading up to your wedding and getting stressed, confused and worried?

I can be there to go through all of your planning so far and assist you with the areas you need the most help with, this could be managing your guest list or RSVP's, calling to confirm suppliers, making a timing plan for the day or help finding a last minute supplier.

Are you buying your wedding decoration but wont have time on the wedding day to set it all up? I can do this for you with my team.

After a meeting 1 week before, I will make an inventory and plan table layouts before we set up your decoration at your venue.

*We do not tidy up after the wedding or collect your items for you, this will be your responsibility*

Putting your wedding day in my very capable hands will ensure that you do not have to worry about anything. I will be in the background making sure that suppliers set up on time, guests are happy, timings are adhered to throughout and everything runs smoothly.

Meeting 6 weeks and 1 week before
Make a schedule for the day which is distributed to all daytime staff and suppliers
Attendance my myself and a team member at ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception for up to 6 hours.

If you feel you do not need a wedding planner but want some assistance with a certain stage of your planning, I can help!

Whether in the first stages, or help with making a plan for the day itself, you can hire my services for an hour at a time. If you book three or more in advance you will also get a binder filled with resources with everything you need to know to help you with the rest of your planning.

This package gives you everything you need to design and decorate your wedding or event and includes the following:
• Three Consultations - First Meeting, follow up and final details
• Theme, Style and colour discussion
• Floor plans and mood boards
• Design of one entire room (additional rooms on request)
• Sourcing of all items needed to pull your ideas to reality
• Set up on the day

This package also includes hire of a number of decoration items (*list available to view on consultation). Floral work, Draping and larger items will be charged at extra cost on request.

With this package it includes a one off consultation where we will go over all of the ideas you have for your wedding or event, it also gives you a detailed plan to work to when planning your own decor.

We will discuss

Your theme, colours and style
What you like or dislike
Your style as a couple/business or person
Any items you want to see incorporated into your design
After we have a good idea of what you want for your day we will go away and send you a printed mood board with items suggested to use and a plan of action with some recommended suppliers if you need them.
