I've often bought flowers from Lotty both in her 'old' and 'new' shop in Faversham and have always had brilliant help and advice from her and her colleagues. There's always a range of unusual flowers in superb condition plus great help in choosing contemporary combinations. Wonderful service - I live in Notts, my Step Mum lives in Kent, I forgot Mothering Sunday. Charlotte was open at 1pm, took my order and delivered a beautiful bouquet to the restaurant where Mum was having lunch with her Faversham Sons within the hour. The bouquets and buttonholes that Charlotte made for my wedding in July this year completely surpassed my expectations. I couldn’t have been more thrilled with them! I struggled to describe or find photos of exactly what I wanted but Charlotte spoke to me in person and over the phone and managed to create the exact look I’d pictured in my mind! Top marks for Lotty's flowers for a recent beautiful funeral arrangement. Charlotte was so helpful considering I am in Australia & she knew exactly what I wanted with some Aussie flowers incorporated in the arrangement. Nothing was too much trouble even sending me a photo of the finished sheaf. Our friend in Faversham actually went back to the crematorium the next day & took the arrangement home as he was so touched by it & remarked how lovely it was,his mother would have been so pleased & where did I order it from? I have no hesitation in spreading the word to my UK mates regarding the outstanding quality & service I received. Thank you again Charlotte. x

We were so pleased with the flowers provided by Charlotte and her team for our Wedding party. We were quite specific with what we required as I wanted a bouquet which matched my Wedding bouquet I had a month earlier when I got married abroad. It was perfect! She also produced 2 beautiful tropical bouquets in vases to be displayed on the bar at our party at Faversham brewery. They looked amazing. Our table decorations were great too. Charlotte did a wonderful job creating the flowers for my dad's funeral. My dad loved vegetable gardening so Charlotte incorporated vegetables in the flower arrangement. She made a beautiful arrangement of flowers and included ornamental cabbages, carrots, asparagus spears, and even potatoes and onions. It looked lovely and made a great talking point.
