I took my pug Eric for his first groom after over two years as he is very timid and even cries in the car when going on a journey ( in other words very spoilt). I have mothered him lots. I walked him towards the lodge and took him off his lead and he ran in as soon as I opened the door into the salon. He peed with excitement and Chloe the groomer loved him instantly. Eric too to her right away. The salon smelled gorgeous and looked amazing. I filled a form in and had a chat about him then left feeling a little bit anxious. I arrived back to my well groomed little man smelling gorgeous happy and full of fun. I couldn’t even clip his nails after I had done one as it was too traumatic for him. Chloe did them all, deshedded, bathed, trimmed his back end and freshend him up That’s it now a regular customer. Also took a pic of him in a lovely little chair after. Thank you Chloe xxx More...

Would certainly recommend Chloe to anyone who needs their dog grooming! We took our Yorkie Sparkle and Crystal the Morkie and were very happy with their cut! Dogs are booked for their 2nd visit.
