As a singer on cruise ships, I am surrounded by incredible food and lots of alcohol for months on end and I always gain weight when I’m away working at sea. Christy has helped me kick my sugar addiction and advised me on a few healthier choices when it comes to food and drink. I’ve already lost 6lbs and feeling so much happier, healthier and full of energy.... which helps me when I’m on stage too! Thank You Christy xxxx More...

I would like to thank Christy for your expertise and support on healthy eating. since doing the 30 day body blitz I have lost another 5lbs and feeling amazing. I had always regarded myself as a healthy eater. Like most I don't eat many processed foods and had the occasional treat, or so I thought! Christy reviewed my diet and habits and created my own personal eating plan based on my likes and dislikes. The plan was difficult to begin with as I was simply not eating enough and struggled to consume the correct amount of calories! The support sessions enable you to refocus, share progress and struggles with someone who really does care. She listens and her advice is second to none. As Christy says it's not a diet it's a lifestyle change and that's what I loved! I now know the right things I should be eating and it's all about good, nutritious food! For years I struggled with my weight after training as a dancer for four years. I couldn't get back to the shape I had or weight due to my intense training finishing. For years what I thought was good food was indeed not! I tried slimming world, cutting carbs for a week and exercising intensely which made no difference what so ever. I decided to speak to a nutritionist and my local fitness instructor Victoria recommended Christy! Christy told me straight away what I was doing wrong and was so honest about how much weight I had to lose and that I could 100% do it. My first week I lost 6 pounds which I was over the moon with. Whenever I was struggling or confused about anything Christy was there! I still can't believe what I thought was good eating isn't! I now have a clear understanding where I went wrong with foods and my lifestyle as bashing the gym 6 times a week meant nothing if I wasn't putting the right foods in my mouth! Now I have more energy as I go to the gym 3/4 times a week in top of my teaching part time and working and I have 100% more energy! I couldn't recommend Christy enough to anyone and now I am 1 lbs off my personal target of a stone which I have struggled with this week due to nights out and Christmas days out !! I would highly recommend Lose it and Love it to anyone. I signed up for the 12 week programme. Not only did I loose 16lbs in weight and inches it has changed the way I think about food in general. I have reached a stage whereby I eat delicious food and don't feel guilty. I will continue to read and re educate myself about food and its content. I would highly recommend Lose it and Love it to anyone. I signed up for the 12 week programme. It is not a diet as far as I am concerned. It is a change of lifestyle and during the course I lost just over 2 stones. It has changed my outlook on what I eat and I am well down the road to losing more weight. Not only did I lose weight but I was re educated as to what I should and should not eat making it very sustainable going forward. More...
