What do you love most about your job?
Using my skills and experience from a lifetime working in the manufacturing sector, from a Team Leader at Coca-Cola up to Managing Director of an SME plastic moulding business in Bradford.
I really enjoy helping clients move forward in their personal or business growth and seeing those light-bulb moments when they make a breakthrough.
I love making a difference.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted the excitement of working with manufacturing businesses of different sizes and in different processes. No two manufacturing companies are the same, but they are all linked by common challenges and themes. Every one of my days is different.
Why do I do it...? Because life is tough without support
Why should our clients choose you?
There are many coaches and mentors out there. And many consultants. But not many that combine skills and qualifications in both.
I have a Masters Degree in Engineering, a qualification in Coaching & Mentoring and experience of being MD of an SME manufacturer for 15 years.
I now use all these experiences to deliver real change for SME manufacturing companies.
