This company has taken down pictures of the job they have done on my roof in Face book, I think they are highly ashamed of the poor workmanship they have done it does not alter the fact that they have done a poor job and not upheld there contract with me. this company started a job for me they finished but two days later with heavy rain the roof was leaking they used a hose pipe to check for leaks but they didn't do a thorough job now they kept promising to come back and fix it they never showed up I text e-mailed them eventually they promised 100% to come back on the 10 of June they never showed and I am still waiting, their guarantee is not worth the paper it was written on this company is not reliable not trustworthy and do not use them, If you do don't pay up front for materials and don't pay until you are 100% happy there are no leaks when they use a hose pipe they don't aim for the place its going to leak so BE AWEAR More...

This firm has not finished the contract they started the job of my out house roof it was finished and I foolishly paid but the first rain it was leaking this was reported to them they came and looked and made promises to come and put right. they have still not been I have text and emailed and still they have not come they are not the best they are not honest and not reliable do not use these people More...

they started the repair on my roof and completed the job I made an error of paying before the roof was fully tested. I kept pointing out that my wall when the rain hits it there is a massive leak in my house they verbally guaranteed it would not leak. two days later the rain hit my wall and the leak was still there and coming into the house, it took them a few days to come and look, they then said it wanted a hidden valley flashing which they would order and come and fit I have had a few promises. this project has not been finished and I am waiting for them to come back and complete the job the roof is still leaking and letting water in I was verbally assured the wall would not leak but it is and so they replied to one text committing 100% themselves to come back on the 10th of June 20, they have not turned up and no reasons given as to why. still waiting More...

I had elliot come and quote a new roof was very happy with the price so decided to use his company throughout I was shown various pictures etc of progress extremely happy with his customer service skills and my new roof looks great and has been tested the past few weeks with the heavy rain and the roof is working wonderfully
