WOW, the best treatment I have received to date. I would definitely recommend Terry to anyone with aches, pains and/or muscle tightness. Terry is extremely knowledgeable and approachable. The treatment was definitely value for money and Terry will send you detailed exercises to do following your visit. Thanks Terry More...

Another member from Forth Valley Crossfit box recommended Terry O'Neill as I had pain in my calves and shoulder. I had never heard of myofascial massage but after having only two sessions with Terry my range of movement has improved significantly. She has also given me a range of exercises specific to my needs and recommended a couple of books to give me a better understanding of how it all works - brilliant.I've been really impressed with Terry; although very painful at times, it's been well worth it. Thanks so much. More...

I went to Terry just 4 days before my first half marathon. In training I'd been cramping up and experiencing very tight hamstrings on longer runs. Terry got to the bottom of this very quickly, dealt with the issues and gave me 'new legs' and the confidence that I'd be fine on the day. I can honestly say I wouldn't have got over the line without her help. She also gave me a number of ongoing exercises to strengthen key areas, as well as other valuable recommendations. Would 100% recommend to all! More...

I hobbled in with a bad back to see Terry on a Friday, unable to get comfortable sitting, standing or lying down. Between her and her recommended chiropractor, I was go-karting the following Tuesday. Terry is one of these people who clearly has a deep passion for her work and works hard to keep acquiring more knowledge in order to constantly improve and add to the techniques she uses.Highly recommended! After seeing numerous people regarding my lower back/SI joint issues I cannot recommend Terry highly enough. After my first session Terry was able to identify the primary cause of my problem and described in detail what I should do in future to prevent reoccurrences. Terry is very professional, friendly and I regard her very highly. More...

I have been receiving remedial massage from Terry for several years. I initially attended for treatment of terrible headaches which came from sitting at a desk for long hours while working. I am very tight in the upper back, neck & shoulders and treatment from Terry massively improved the headaches. She explains the issue, how the body works and recommends exercises to assist alongside the remedial massage. I can't recommend her enough! More...

I'm a cyclist and take part in various cycling competitions during the summer season mainly Time Trialling. As I get older I find that the daily training regime takes it's toll on the body. I've been attending the Lomond Clinic for several years on a regular basis and I could not do what I do without Terry O'Neill's sports massages. Her knowledge of the body and the stresses and strains which serious training places on it are second to none. I allows me to remain injury free and I have no hesitation in recommending her to all athletes whatever your sport. It's the best money you'll ever spend. More...

I first visited Terry three years ago with back problems and can say I would now not go anywhere else. I like that she explains what muscles she is working on, why and how they connect into the other parts of your body. Now retired, I have seen Terry regularly over recent years for various types of massage, mainly remedial. She is a highly qualified in her field, has a very professional approach and seems genuinely interested in whatever aches and pains I present. Terry is warm, friendly and very discreet. She has wide experience in her field and an extensive knowledge base though is always open and keen to broaden her skills and to consider/embrace new developments and thinking.Terry listens carefully, can look beyond obvious symptoms and makes suggestions accordingly - and her 'homework' (!) is realistic and easily manageable. I'm a competitive bodybuilder and first visited Terry in 2014 as I was experiencing muscle pain in my left arm. After an initial assessment she diagnosed that I had a trapped nerve and focused her massage on the muscles which were exacerbating the issue. She also gave me a few stretches to carry out at home which helped to alleviate the issue. Sports massage from Terry was particularly beneficial with my recovery in particular in the run up to competitions. Terry is knowledgeable, adept, and also very welcoming and friendly. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending the Lomond Clinic to friends and other athletes. More...

My wife suffers from chronic back pain. Massage from Terry has brought significant relief, and improved my wife's mobility. At the initial appointment Terry carried out a detailed review of the problems and explained the treatment recommended. Terry always very clearly describes what muscles she is working on, what she is doing and why; and after treatment recommends gentle remedial exercises.I also have massage from Terry O'Neil, mainly to relieve stiffness and aches in my upper back and neck. The massage has proved particularly effective in increasing my ability to rotate my head, enabling me to look back over my shoulders - especially helpful when reversing the car. For me the treatment is also quite relaxing.Terry is very friendly and hospitable and her clinic is soothing and welcoming. We both thoroughly recommend The Lomond Clinic. More...

An excellent service received from the Lomond Clinic, who, rather than continue indefinitely with treatment for a sports injury (like others have done in the past), referred me to a chiropractor as they were totally focussed on my welfare rather than any thing else :)

Terry's a master of her profession. I have been many times (usually when it's too late and some part of the body seized up) but she always found out what the problem was, could explain it well and most of all could always fix it. I definitely recommend her very highly and she's the person of choice for me to call for sports and remedial massage.Thank you! More...

Q&As

I work on a cross section of the public from prof sportspeople to people who are in chronic pain. To find the root of the problem and then address issue gives me great satisfaction.

I have worked for other clinics in the past but felt their ideas clashed with my own. I work in a different way from most massage therapists and get great results. I have being doing body work for 14 years and over that time have evolved into the way I presently work. I still have a lot to learn too

If they read my website they can make up their own minds. I do not do the hard sell but always do my best for the client when they come to the clinic. My treatment is not for everyone and I am OK about that.
