My radial key was incorrectly coded so the new keys didn't work.....I spoke to Gary who suggested emailing him a video of the key revealing the cuts. ...my key was old....it was a long shot.....3 days later i received the new keys....they fitted perfectly....no extra charge for doing the extra work......thanks Gary....terrific customer service... :) More...
