Through PT sessions I can teach the clients the basics required to reach their goals, as well as going into detail on a professional level of what is required to push on from this, getting results beyond what they were hoping.

Whole life balance, from training, to stress relief, to diet, everything must be in line and within sessions we can create strategies to make all these things possible.

Results. Short and simple, this is a job in which people want results, and the satisfaction of being able to deliver this makes it worthwhile.

I used to work for a major Fitness and Well-being centre, and got bored of doing the mandatory jobs rather than putting my skills towards helping others, now that I have the freedom of working all hours and hand picking clients, I can do this.

Over my years of study I have achieved many acrediatations, from an Extended Diploma Level 3 in Sports, Performance and Excellence, to my Level 3 Personal Training and many others (listed below), this wealth of knowledge, coupled with my enthusiasm for fitness, means that when you come with me the sessions will be tailor made for your needs, on a scientific and physical level.
