Lisa has been teaching me yoga as well as being my PT and I love it and her. She pushes you but isn't pushy and really keeps me motivated. Very knowledgable about all things nutrition and all sorts of training methods eg trx which keeps sessions varied and keeps me interested. Would def recommend ��thanks Lisa x More...

Would highly recommend Lisa - she really puts a lot of effort into varying my routine to stop the boredom from setting in and she listens to what you want to achieve and your goals. I look forward to our sessions every week and that says a lot because I'm not a fan of exercise! More...
