I am very disappointed with the service I received from these gardeners.
They quoted me £50 to do a set number of jobs in my garden within a two hour period.
After two hours they told me they needed another two hours and another £50 to complete the job.
We agreed a date for them to return and I have not heard from them since.
They did not do half of what I asked them to do. The weeds are back (they had agreed to do weed treatment), the hedge isn’t pruned and the grass looks appalling.
In addition to this they cut right through the electric cable that operates my driveway gates. I informed Ben of this and told him I always lock my gates at night…….. still no response.
I do not recommend these gardeners and I am now in a position where I have to find someone else to finish the job.
