Aliz is a great personal trainer and her sessions are always varied and fun, even if quite tiring. She is very nice and made me feel at complete ease and I have been training with her since September 2016.

Creating a long-term sustainable fitness lifestyle is not easy. It requires motivation, the right mindset and persistence. The method I am using is based on moves we do in life, explaining how and why the human body moves in the way that it does and applying intensity. It's all based on logic. Using our natural biomechanics helps us to enhance our performance and reduces the risk of injury during sport and exercise.

Training however only plays part of a role in achieving our body transformation goals. Another element is nutrition, and the same rules apply here, in terms of being logical and sensible about what we eat. Therefore making the client understand how certain foods convert into energy or fat for our bodies is crucial.

Training based on the freedom of movement with intensity and making smart food choices. Create a lifestyle that keeps you fit and healthy. It is important to create a training routine and stick to it. Going to the gym on and off will not give you the results that you want.

Seeing the change in people. Not just physically but also in other areas of their life. Once they achieve their goals on the physically, they tend to achieve their personal or career goals as well due to their increased confidence. Working with a variety of clients of all shapes and ages is highly rewarding as not everyone has the same objectives at the start, but all want to make an improvement somewhere and that is where I help them achieve this.

I had been training at a top gym in Central London called Third Space with a truly motivational person called Fitz Gaynes. He had an incredible energy, logical approach to training and inspired many people, which made me become so passionate about fitness. Through his classes he passed on his knowledge to others, which encouraged me to leave my corporate job in marketing and decided to pursue my passion as a personal trainer.

Clients should choose me because I provide fun and varied training sessions, ranging from strength training to body conditioning. Sessions are always interactive and ensure that you get the best from them, focusing on the exercises and moves that will target the areas you want to improve and deliver the results you want. No 2 sessions with me will ever be the same!
