ALL AROUND TOP NOTCH EXPERIENCE from appointment booking to engineer visit and all the way to prompt and clear invoicing. I had a couple of old Neo Heatmeiser theromostats that needed to be replaced . It took me time to find someone who would accept to come just for this as it can sound as a "small job". However, Wayne at Living Home Tech was incredibly responsive and I managed to book an appointment quickly. The engineer (great guy, super competent, right attitude etc.) showed up this morning on time and replaced the thermostats in a breeze. He also showed me how the temperature should be regulated - no one had ever bothered to do that before and from now on I will not be woken up at night due to the apartment being excessively heated. Unrelated to that, I have had some problems with my audio/video installation and the engineer who had originally done the installation when I did the refurb could not get bothered to come and fix it :-( That actually turned out for the better as Living Tech's engineer was able to sort out all the complex mess in my cabinet, replace the damaged cables and actually attracted my attention to some of the wiring that had been done at the start and which I had no clue about. In a way I am glad these thermostats had been broken as it allowed me to know of Living Home Tech. I am looking forward to the next opportunity of working with them. More...

Fantastic service really helpful and knowledgable and down to earth and friendly genuinely nice guys . Planning a new build is a bit daunting so to have the help and guidance of the team at Living certainly took the pressure off and gave me piece of mind . Happy to recommend without hesitation all round good products and service , I am based in Hertfordshire so they are not on my doorstep but have been willing always to travel or help remotely which is a great asset . We had previously used this company before, so we knew of the high standard and professionalism that w could expect. As alway they were on time, very quick with responses to questions both via email and telephone and were on budget with their quotes. The whole team from project designer to engineer on site were professional, courteous and knew their subject matter.
