Booking Process - Easy! And they answered all the questions we had.  They made sure we were on the same page when they explained their rules and procedures. Play Equipment - Neat.  They cleaned every toy after set-up and had us check the play area before they left.These guys came to our event early for set-up and came to collect after the party. We rented a soft play area from Little Tots for my daughter's first birthday party and were very happy we did.  The play area was a big hit with our guests (both the little ones and their parents, who appreciated the contained entertainment area)! There are different packages depending on your space. Little Tots Soft Play was a HUGE HIT at our Company Holiday party last month! We've got lots of employees with little ones, so the play space was much appreciated by the parents. There were at least 5 kids in the play zone at all times. We went with the larger setup and I'm so glad we did, ages 6mo-4 years enjoyed it. This was a great spot to set kids down for parents to take a quick break and grab a bite to eat.Pye and her team were quick, professional & efficient with setup and breakdown. *Wow* the soft play setup and ball pit were a huge hit at my daughter's first birthday party. All the kids, from 10 months to nearly 2 years, were obsessed with it! I don't think the party would have been nearly as much of a success without it. Absolutely worth every penny.And Pye and Charles were fantastic to work with and very professional. From the first few emails (very responsive and accommodating, despite already having a booking for my desired date) to on-time drop-off and pick-up, easy payment, and plenty of communication in between. If you're looking to WOW the two and under crowd, look no further than Little Tots. Truthfully though, the three and four year olds at our party also had the time of their lives. Inviting Little Tots to do a soft play setup at your party is kind of like renting out a private baby gym, only way cleaner and they come to you. The owners were punctual and had great communication. Amazing!! I debated for a few days on whether to get the setup or not for my babies 1st birthday party. I mean, after-all. .. he's at that age where he's more into the box that the toy came in than the toy!! Against my husbands wishes, I pulled the trigger, and decided to book it! I am SO GLAD I did!!! I went back and forth for a while about getting a soft play set for my son's first birthday party. I thought he would be the only one interested in playing, as many of the guests were a few years older than him. Boy was I wrong! Little Tots was the BEST decision ever. Everyone had a blast and the parents were free to supervise and enjoy themselves, without having to occupy their child. All I kept hearing throughout the party was, "This was SUCH a good idea." I had been following Little toys soft play on Instagram for a while and I am so glad I did because I booked them this weekend for my daughter's 1st Birthday party and they were great! !! The booking process was very easy and when I got to meet Charles and Pye, they were super friendly and so easy to work with. They are very punctual and show up to your venue to set everything up for you. The little kids had a blast and loved it! It's a safe area for them to play in and my daughter loved it so much. I had this setup for a birthday party and all of the kids were playing in it the second they arrived until the very end when the structure had to be taken down. It was a super smooth booking process from beginning the end. Charles and Pye were very responsive and timely with setup. I especially liked how they always kept in touch to confirm your reservation and on the day of, I knew exactly when they were showing up. I am so glad I found Little Tots. Originally I had something reserved with another soft play company closer to home but felt that the response I received via email from that company was very unwelcoming and so I searched for something similar and found Little Tots. I'm so glad I went with them. Charles and Pye were awesome, very friendly and professional. The soft play equipment was very clean (which was actually a concern I had) but was reassured that the equipment is always sanitized after every event. We had a combined party for our 1 and 5 year old and wanted a play space for the younger kids.  As a medical professional, I am very cognizant of germs (especially for a children's play space) and was impressed by the cleanliness of the equipment. This was a big hit at my daughter's 1st birthday party! Everyone thought it was a great idea to have a place to contain their little ones. We ordered the larger package because I knew there were going to be at least 10 kids there that would use the play area. Charles and Pye were always responsive whenever I had questions. They were so easy to work with and accommodating to our needs for set up and clean up. They arrived early for set up and came on time for the clean up. I'm sure the little kids left the play area a mess with the balls from the ball pit area, but Charles and Pye cleaned it up quickly and didn't seem to mind the mess. This was the perfect activity for our son's first birthday in our backyard! We had a few 2-3 year olds who enjoyed it but it was especially good for the babies from little ones who could only sit up to the walkers.
