I recently boarded my 4 rabbits and chinchilla at Little Paws N Claws and I would seriously recommend to anyone who is looking to board their small pets or cats, friendly and helpful as well as professional, their prices are fair, the accommodation for the rabbits was clean and well secure and even has indoor housing for my chinchilla. They were quick to respond to emails and sent photos whilst I was away. They gave me peace of mind and let me know they were all okay whilst away. 1st time in a cattery for my 2 so I was a little anxious. Fiona & Steve are friendly and professional, very helpful and genuinely care about all their feline guests. Great to have the web cam to check how they are doing while you are away. Very well cared for, clean and spacious pens with plenty of sitting & sleeping areas. Little Paws N Claws was recommended to me by my work colleagues. Fiona and Steve are absolutely brilliant, they clearly take pride in what they do and it’s clear from their cattery. It’s clean, spacious, well designed and very peaceful. I left my two 18month old cats with them and upon collecting them, it was evident they had been very well looked after. There is also the extra peace of mind in the form of a video link that allows you to check in on your cats via an app on your phone. We used Little Paws N Claws as our Cat was a fairly new arrival and all the local cattery’s (including Paws N Claws) were already fully booked. Thankfully they offered a home service meaning Millie could stay in the environment she was used too. We received a visit to make all the necessary arrangements a few days before our departure which helped alleviate any concerns. We had paid for a daily visit which was in the morning to feed and play with her, they setup our automated feeder for the evening feed and cleaned the litter tray as required. We received a few updates including pics whilst we were away which was fantastic, really put our minds at ease to know she was ok. A lovely environment for your Cat's holiday. Wonderful cattery and one of the few places we trust to look after our boys when we are away! They have been a couple of times now, the most recent was a last minute over night stay and we were thrilled that little paws could accommodate them! This was the first time that we had put our little bunny Ponyo into boarding and we couldn't have been more impressed! Fiona was so helpful in making sure that we had everything to make Ponyo feel at home and we were able to keep in touch to make sure that she was getting on okay. Our boys mean every thing to us and only the very very best will do for them. Choosing a place to leave them to stay has to be of the highest quality so we can relax and enjoy are time away. Our cats, Toulouse and Jemima spent a week at Little Paws and Claws recently and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The cattery itself is wonderful. Cosy pens with different levels and platforms. Temperature control for different weathers. And it is set back in a beautiful, peaceful garden. There were soft mats and beds/litter trays provided but we were encouraged to bring anything from home to make the cats more settled and comfortable.Fiona and Steve were very welcoming and professional and I felt confident that our cats were in good hands.A lovely touch was the webcam facility which I was helped to set up so we could see them whenever we wanted. Merlin and Tabitha have stayed four or five times now. We literally would not send them anywhere else. The facilities are so clean and new and safe and always have special touches like the ramps and quirky beds. The cats always get an extra cuddle from Fiona and her family who do it because they love animals and not just for business! It was our cat Misty's first stay away from home and we were apprehensive, but that was soon alleviated. She is 6 years old and was shy and timid at first but settled in very quickly. I can’t praise Paws N Claws enough it is an amazing boarding hotel for small animals . Fiona looks after her furry guests just like her own , she is a wonderful caring person . My partner and I was looking for animal boarding for our lovely rabbit Ed, and we stumbled across the perfect little place. Prior to him staying we was invited round to look at the facilities where we was warmly welcomed by the owners Fiona and Steve, who kindly showed us around where Ed would be staying. Following on from that, we filled out the required paper work and went through Ed's needs.Ed stayed here for 5 days back in April. After we booked our holiday I was really concerned that I would not be able to find a cattery locally to look after my two special boys! They are complete opposites, one is white, deaf & a very timid house cat whilst the other is a little black panther who's used to spending most of his time outside getting into mischief! so I was worried how they would get along together for the first time putting them into a cattery. I also needed to find somewhere that would be able to look after our three Guinea pig's too! When we were recommended "Little Paws N Claws" it seemed the answer to all my problems & once we had looked around & met the owner's my mind was made up! The cattery is set in beautiful surroundings & all the pens are modern, light, airy & spotlessly clean! They also provided outside runs for the guinea pigs to have access to grass & exercise which they enjoyed! Fiona & Steve were very welcoming & obviously cat people! Fiona explained everything we needed to know! One of the best things was being able to have 24hr access to their webcam app so you can log in on your phone to see what your furbabies are up to, which was very reassuring! Although our boy's are pleased to be home, I'm sure they had a lovely time & I would not hesitate to use "Little Paws & Claws" again in the future as I was very happy with the friendly & professional service we received. Little Paws N Claws recently looked after our two cats by visiting them at home whilst we were away. I love that they can be cared for in their own home as they really don’t like any upheaval. The care they received was excellent and I was kept informed of how they were doing and was sent some lovely photos too. I was so impressed that I have made another two bookings. Little paws n claws are amazing! They took such lovely care of my furbaby. My Nala is my baby and I was so worried sending her away, but I didn’t need to worry at all, because she was cared for so well. Fern has just come back from her 2nd visit to little Paws N Claws a very content cat. Fiona & Steve are very accommodating & you can see how much they really care for your cat as if it was their own.
