I contacted Emma on behalf of my Dad to give his home a complete clean. His house had been neglected due to ill health but Emma and her team went right through the house from top to bottom and in every nook and cranny (even the cutlery drawer! ) I am delighted with her work and she is returning once a week to keep on top of everything. She is professional, thorough and accommodating, keeping me informed and giving me peace of mind that things will get done (unlike agency cleaners who have come in the past).She listens to your requirements and needs,discussing what to do and when without being pushy. On initially looking for a cleaner to give my mum a hand and fell upon this site, i called Emma who immediately put me at ease in terms of not only working around mums schedule but also the flexibility on hours each week, on calling around pre reaching this site i was told minimum 3 hours etc which didn't suite so it was a breath of fresh air to find somebody that fits around your requirements. My first visit home a couple weeks back and i was amazed to see the difference in the house not to mention the OVEN!!! everything was impeccable and mum is over the moon. what more can i ask!!! 5* service all round!!!!! I used this company for a one-off, end of tenancy clean. It was a last minute booking but Emma replied very quickly to my email, turned up on time with her team and efficiently cleaned the house from top to bottom. I would absolutely recommend The Little Dust Fairy for end of tenancy/spring cleans and am actually quite disappointed that I moved out of county as otherwise I would have booked in for regular cleaning.
