We were looking for a photographer to do our annual portrait. I am a documentary family photographer and have plenty of candid photos of our family but I think Lindsey makes beautiful family portraits. I was nervous my kids would not look at the camera or cry the whole time…both of which have happened with other photographers and this did not happen. She was great with the kids and adults to get us all relaxed and happy for the pictures. We ended up with some great family portraits I will treasure forever. Working with Lindsey for a newborn session was wonderful. She is has incredible patience and talent with positioning the newborns. Working with Lindsey was absolutely fantastic. I really can not say enough good. She was terrific with our toddler son, very patient and easy-going. She stayed as long as she needed to capture the shots. I was able to relax right away knowing that she was in no hurry. We have had four great experiences working with Lindsey! From a maternity session, to newborns to cake smash, the pictures always come out beautifully. The moments that she captures so well aren't just the posed ones but also the special unscripted ones. She has a way of making everyone feel comfortable and her ideas for different shots are brilliant. Having a very rambunctious toddler, we also love that she just went with the flow and even offered to come back and take more shots if we didn't see the ones we wanted. It is such a treat to work with Lindsey. She has such a nice way about her - calm, positive and fun. She was able to get my three year old son to cooperate for nearly an hour and took beautiful pictures of our family and newborn daughter. She rolls with the punches - like when our dog decided he needed to be included and jumped into the pictures. She captures exactly what you are looking for perfectly. I love the combo of more candid style pictures as well as some more posed. If you aren't happy with what you see in the gallery she wants to make it right and will come back to shoot more. My wife and I and our 5 month old had a great time with Lindsey. She was very friendly from the start and made us all feel comfortable during the session. And best of all she came to our shoot ready with ideas of the images she wanted to capture at different areas in the park. You can tell she really loves what she does. We just received our proofs from her and they are incredible! She really does mean it when she talks about the golden hour to shoot as our shoot was at 7:50am. The sunlight was perfect! We are so pleased with the Senior Portraits that Lindsey took of our son Ryan this month. From our very first contact with her through her website she has been quick to respond, professional, and so patient through all of my questions! We recently did a Christmas mini session shoot with Lindsey and it was awesome. Most importantly, the pictures come out absolutely gorgeous. Plus the experience was so easy and stress free (not easy to do with three small kids including twin babies). Lindsey is amazing at her job, she knows exactly how to capture the emotions, whether it is an adult or an infant! I reached out to Lindsey after multiple recommendations from the local social networking site, we were not disappointed! Lindsey has bee great to work with, clear, professional, and prompt. She set wonderful expectations and provided good guidance for us on how to prepare the house and our newborn for the shoot. She took her time with us on the day of the photo shoot, looking for the best lighting and working with us to accommodate breastfeeding, wet diapers, and a sometimes less than cooperative dog!
