What’s your signature dish?
My most popular and signature dish is Gruyere Cheese Yam Balls.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I always make sure the food are a perfect match for the occasion. It is also important to consider dietary preferences and restrictions for the client and their guests. I make sure my clients are heard and their feedback is taken into consideration at every step of the menu planning.
What do you love most about your job?
I am here to serve my clients. There is nothing more joyful in like to know you can feed and make a person's day memorable by offering a unique service.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I fell in love with cooking at age 9. While I was in college getting a Biology degree, I realized my love for food the environment trumped everything else in my career plan. I started my business during my senior year of college in 2016. I managed to work as a full-time teacher while pursuing my business on the side. Finally, I gathered the courage to be a business owner full time in 2018.
