We needed to find a local locksmith quickly as we had a disabled member of the family in the car. They were there within 10 mins. Simon managed to sort things out quickly and was very pleasant and polite. He was happy to return the following day for payment. We've never been locked out before so wasn't sure who to turn to. I had to arrange for an emergency locksmith to go out to my 94 yr old Dad, who couldn't open his PVC front door, so couldn't get out the house. Simon went out immediately. Richard is our go-to locksmith; he fitted all our new locks when we moved house, came out to help us with the dodgy old burglar alarm installed by previous owners, and then fitted our new alarm as well. He always answers the phone when he can and if he can't he's quick to call back. He's helped us out in some pretty stressful times and I really appreciate it.
