I called Paul after recommendation from a friend who has used Limelocks for years on all his commercial properties. I only needed a small job doing, so I wasn't sure if it would be too much trouble for him. But he fitted me in promptly and I was never made to feel like I was an inconvenience. I found Paul very professional , friendly and courteous. The price was very reasonable and far cheaper than replacing the whole door mechanism as I'd first feared. If you require a professional with the personal qualities of a great guy, Paul the locksmith was our guardian angel after our house was broken in to. He came secured our locks at night and even came the next day to follow up the call. He was genuinely concerned for us and new his stuff giving us security advice as well. His price was very fare. Last week my elderly mum's front door lock became faulty and unable to secure the door. After trying to fix it the lock was unuseable. I googled locksmiths and found Lime Locks. I phoned Paul and explained, he answered immediately and promised to come within half an hour. He arrived promptly and did the job replacing the lock very quickly. Excellent service from Paul, who is incredibly personably, courteous and professional. He arrived promptly and managed to regain entry and replace the locks on our front door. After discovering a few small issues with the existing door fixtures he happily replaced and adjusted them for no additional fees! Upon leaving he even cleaned up any mess that was made as a result of adjusting door fixtures.I'd definitely recommend Lime Locks to anyone that requires a locksmith and should I ever lose my keys again, they'll be the first person I call.
