We called him and got to his shop at 3:30pm on Monday and he fixed the phone in 15 minute to my surprise, never seen a phone repair service this quick before. Fantastic, quick service and comes with a years guarantee and a free screen protector. Thank you so much. What we love most about our job is the customer satisfaction and happiness we bring to the customers after their device is fixed, the joy on their face is always priceless for us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The ability to make a real change in this industry with no bureaucracy and giving customers the best possible service like I would give myself. Being able to advice customers about their devices and giving them the technical support they need.
Why should our clients choose you?
Your clients should choose us because we have been in this business for 15 years straight and still growing strong, our experience over the years has thought us a lot, so we do all repairs on site. Nothing is sent way from our store, so customers can be rest assured their data and privacy is safe with us at all the times. We have the most competitive prices in the whole of London and fix gadgets that other shops would normally turn away with excuse instead of being straight with the customers. We have a "NO FIX NO FEE" policy so that means customers don't have to be at of pocket ever again if their device is deemed unfixable for economical reason.
