Fantastic service! A bit of my tooth came out and I was able to get an appointment the next day. The dentist was lovely and explained I would need a root canal. He bandaged up the tooth and got me the next appointment with the root canal specialist. The root canal took about an hour and a half but it was pain free and seemed to be done very efficiently. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is in a bit of a pickle with their teeth and needs emergency treatment. More...

Really great service. Dentists use to be a massive fear of mine, I actually stopped going. Now changing dentist I don't have to fear check ups at all. I feel like im in safe hands, as well as gentle, and feel like my teeth and gums are getting the best treatment. Phoned just after lunch having lost part of a tooth. I was offered a choice of two appointments that afternoon. At the appointment I was informed that I would need to have the tooth crowned. The tooth was filled as a temporary measure and I arranged to go back a few days later to start work to crown the tooth.The care by the dentist and his team was first rate and I would highly recommend them. I searched the internet for a local dentist who was a specialist in gum health and this practice was the top of the list, due to Ben's specialist background in gum and oral health. After a lifetime of NHS treatment (to my 50's) this was my first foray into private dental care. I can’t praise all the staff enough! I came to the practice aware my teeth and gums needed some drastic action but didn’t know where to start. The initial consultation with Ben identified a suitable plan and actions to address the health of my mouth as well as my extreme anxiety! This included oral hygiene with Abi who guided me on how to clean my teeth properly. Having followed this programme I can’t believe how healthy my gums look and feel! Next it was root canal fillings with Claire, who was so clear in her explanation of what was due happen and described what I would feel/experience. I can honesty say that I have not experienced any pain in any of the procedures and have been treated sensitively by all all of the clinical staff with a smile, asking if I’m ok and, during an extraction, a kindly reassuring touch. A really pleasant experience - not something I would usually say about a dental appointment but it was. The dentist and the dental nurse were really friendly and helpful, made me feel really comfortable. The treatment itself was completely pain free. She was quick too - 40 mins from the time I walked to then leaving and in that time she removed 2 fillings, replaced them and fixed a chip in one. The results are fantastic - couldn't be happier. She mentioned there might be some discoloration but in fact there wasn't any and it looks perfect. I personally can't tell anything has been done to them at all. Very please :-) More...

I have had had five implants and I cannot tell you how much they have improves my quality of life, the indignity of taking out two plates at night and no front teeth is no laughing matter! Cannot recommend this practice, and particularly Claire Jordan, enough. I have been coming for a few years now and always felt I was being given the best possible care and advice. I brought my 2yr old to her first ever dentist appointment yesterday for the children’s day. WOW!! What a brilliant first experience for her. Every single member of staff went out of their way to make it fun and relaxing for her. Face painting, goodie bags, colouring! She loved it and cannot wait to go back. She was a little anxious but Claire Jordan made her feel so relaxed. She has a real gift at that. Now all I hear is ‘when can we go back?’. Not the experience I ever had growing up. Having had a nerve wracking experience with a previous hygienist, I arrived at Abi's surgery feeling extremely nervous. Over the months that I have been seeing her Abi has made me feel that nothing is too much trouble and has made the whole experience as comfortable as it's possible to be. I can recommend the practice very highly. My Truro dentist referred me for an extensive course of periodontal treatment and notwithstanding the travelling from Cornwall it was very successful. Really nice and relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff who make you feel calm and relaxed. Much more in depth check up and explanation of xrays etc than I've had before, definitely worth going to this practice for a personal yet professional service.

I went to the practice I had gum disease, nhs dentist said my front crown could not be replaced I was devastated as still a young woman.
