I have been working with Grant for a few years now. I have a number of lower back issues and have seen quite a few 'specialists' none of whom have provided any real help. Throughout this time Grant has been patient and knowledgeable. We change my training all the time depending on my level of fitness and he researches any issues he can't instantly understand or resolve .
