What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What are your goals for this project? What do you define as an "A" grade on this project? What are the timelines for this project? Do you have milestone goals you would like to reach during the project? What is your final completion date? When would you like this project to begin? Do you have a budget set?
What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Technical knowledge and a deep understanding of your equipment. Years of experience working with many different subjects both living and stationary. Great timing and location. Lighting, lighting, lighting. Communication with your subject and/or team. Tell a story, no matter what kind of photo you are taking.
Describe your creative process.
After we fully understand the project we will hold a team roundtable to capture all creative ideas on our idea board, from there we will develop internal storyboards to map out the production process. Once storyboards are completed we will begin to create using the boards as a guide and review each step after completion to ensure the vision as a whole is on track.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Budget, deadlines, existing content, specific requests, payment info and goals.
What do you love most about your job?
The ability to create something new everyday and help people with their dreams and aspirations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Spending years working for people, I wanted the ability to work WITH people to strive for greatness. I started Leviathan to allow people to tap into over 40 years of combined marketing/pr/advertising/design/creative abilities.
