Cake was amazing, a tier of chocolate sponge, lemon sponge and fruit cake, made just how we asked it was delicious, the marzipan especially on the fruit cake, very light, Thoroughly recommended .

Flo not only bakes magnificent looking cakes, but her cakes taste divine. Even the icing is delicious. The sponge is light and the sandwich filling is perfect. She can make sponges in a variety of flavours.She always makes them on time and they look exactly as you imagine. With less than a week's notice, Flo made us a unique 30th chocolate birthday cake with a rugby theme. The cake not only tasted delicious but looked amazing too, complete with a rugby player scoring a try and a giant rugby ball. I would definitely recommend Let Them Eat Cake. I was at a bit of a loss when I came to my wedding cake - I didn't have a clue where to go & by the time I got round to honking about it (3 months before the date - nothing like last minute! ) I didn't have much budget left either.I needn't have panicked, Flo sorted the whole thing quickly and easily.
