About

Having graduated from Strathclyde University in 1999, I have many years' experience as a therapist and counsellor, and I am fully qualified to offer both Person Centred Therapy , Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
I also studied PCT at post-graduate level.
Previously, I worked as a therapist and counsellor within a busy GP's surgery and spent 5years teaching at local college's. At present, I am also employed by the NHS In a supervisory capacity.
most recently, I was a Senior Therapist for six years with the meridian & Alcohol Counselling Team, which supported thousands of individuals and families across Lanarkshire affected by drug and alcohol abuse.
