What do you love most about your job?
I love to help others. Making a difference to the lives of small business owners like me is an incredibly positive experience. Since I started my own business in 2007, I've helped many businesses with their internal systems and enjoyed their gratitude and friendship.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Bad experiences of awful service from people who don't care. I just don't understand them. I want to be the best and enjoy continually growing my experience and skills and making a genuine difference.
