My husband and I have been patients of Ashley for some time now. She is respectful, purposeful, and talented at her profession. She has helped in our lives and marriage a great deal and we have seen great improvement. Would recommend her to anyone. More...

Q&As

We all like to see progress. The best part of my job is when the client say, "Six months ago, I would have never been able to do (fill in the blank)." I love it when clients discover strengths they may have forgotten they ever had.

At Legacy, our approach to counseling services is collaborative. You can expect to be involved in every aspect of the process. I am a partner and a resource on your journey, and you remain the expert on your own life. Whether I'm providing individual mental health counseling or career counseling, my approach to the helping process is transparent, warm, and accepting. I practice and encourage compassion and will help you feel at ease.

Services

Clients often present with concerns that are hindering them from living their best life. Counseling is a great tool for learning more about yourself and how you can make changes to live a more productive life. Issues such as depression and anxiety may require medication, but I believe counseling is a great compliment, opposed to medication alone. If you are under physician’s care, I will gladly coordinate services to provide a seamless treatment.
