After living in the same house for 10 years I decided instead of selling up with the current market being how it is I would invest and build an extension. Anyone who has tried to find reliable builder will know it is a stressful time. Luckily I was recommended Lee Swingler by a close friend who had just recently used the company to renovate a barn conversation.
