I hate to give negative reviews and only do it for those who I consider to be the worst of the worst and I would not anyone else to go thought that we did.

We engaged Rebel Saffold at Lebertech Technology Services to build out a Zoho system for us. Like a lot of good salespeople, he comes off as very nice, charming and talks a good game as his technical abilities where you think you can trust him and believe he knows what he is doing. His initial estimates were not even close to reality, but we were suckered into more and more time and work by him. In the end what he did was not usable and a total waste of time and money. As well he did things and spent a large amount of time on things which were not important, while neglecting the things that need to be done to get the system usable.

When our team could not use the system, first he said it was a training issue, which we paid him to do, then he blamed our staff for not using the system correctly. I pointed out that what he built and changed did not work and made actual video tapes of the issues he got defensive, blew it off and said he would look at and fix it. He of course he never did.

But what he did do is to is to make changes and then changes to those changes and created a system all under the rouse of improving workflow and the system, but nothing tied to each other, what was done was cumbersome and did not work. He did not think it thought and or pay attention to our needs, when we told him things, it seemed to go in one ear and out another, when he was questioning the answer was always to put blame on either the limitations of zoho or us. At each step sucking us in with more money and hours.

While small in nature to the relationship, he always was late for meetings and always rushing thought them.

He billed us in blocks of 10 hours, when I told him I wanted a refund of unused time which was I think 5 hours or so he told me no and that the time had expired I had to use it within 30 days. We spent thousands and thousands of dollars with him and invested even more in our time and he would not refund a few hundred dollars saying that we did not use it within 30 days.

Total rip off. Great start, but awful ending. Spent a total of $2500 and ended up having to fire him because literally nothing was done on time, or to a quality standard. Left with a project that was half done and can't use any of it. Stay away!! More...

DO NOT HIRE THIS DEVELOPER. Unprofessional scam artists - you'd be better off on your own.

I hired lebertech to build reports to help me track activities in zoho recruit. The original quote for the project was $1,300 USD and estimate for completion was 1-2 months. After 2 months they wanted another $1,300 to complete the project. 8 months later, they gave up on the project and agreed to refund the money. But the refund never came.
