I recently passed my Driving Test with Geoff and would highly recommend learning with him to anyone interested. He is a calm and patient instructor, who looks to teach you how to drive but also helps you gain confidence and a good understanding of driving safely. He allows students to learn by doing and encourages reflection. I recently passed my test with Geoff and I would highly recommend him. I had lessons with two other instructors before I found Geoff (who were useless) and I would not have passed without Geoff’s help and guidance. I passed first time and I did this in about 2 and a half months with weekly lessons. Not only does he show you videos from his iPad of certain road situations that have been picked up by the cars cameras, but he also takes time to show birds eye view images and routes to help you understand the rules of the road. I may have my license now, but I know I can still contact Geoff if I need further advice as he’s the most approachable and patient person in the business. Geoff is a fantastic driving instructor who helped me pass my driving test 1st time. Geoff is a great communicator and very patient, two important attributes in a good driving instructor. His lessons are very well thought out for the needs of the pupil and he is great at helping to show you all the different driving scenarios real life driving will offer you. As well as learning through driving practice, Geoff uses an ipad to really help his student visualise and understand driving scenarios before you do them or puts this to good use to help the student understand the scenario afterwards. I’m a visual learner and this method really helped my confidence and understanding of how to be a good driver. Very happy to pass my driving test this week. Before, I was so stressed about driving especially when I started with another lady instructor. But a big thanks to Geoff for taking me as his student and helping me to learn this great skill in such a calm way. I honestly cannot recommend Geoff enough! I have had previous instructors before but he was the first who really took on board what I felt nervous about and tried to remedy it. Geoff uses a lot of different teaching methods to ensure that you actually understand and is incredibly patient with you. The second I met him I knew I would pass with him as he is exactly what you would want from an instructor; calm, capable, patient and knowledgable. I would like to thank Geoff for making driving and passing the practice test easy. I liked very much the way how Geoff teaches. Lessons are interactive as Geoff uses different apps and visual aids to explain and they help a lot. He is not my first instructor and Ican see the difference. I passed the driving test today and that's all because of Geoff. 5 stars are not enough to give to him. I would have given a lot more if I could, just because he made learn to drive safely and made me gain the confidence after failing with another instructor. Geoff has been such a wonderful instructor! I have had quite a few other instructors on my driving journey so far who have not managed to get me to a high enough standard, I'm also not the easiest person to teach to drive. I went to take a lesson with Geoff with zero road experience. But in a span of 3 months I passed my driving test first try, thanks to him. I couldn't recommend him enough. Geoff's approach in teaching you the basic of driving is simple and easy to grasp. He gets you involve and will ask for your input on how you would like your lesson to go. Geoff was highly recommended by a friend who also took lessons with him. It was a stellar recommendation for sure! Couldn't thank Geoff enough for helping me to pass my test. We worked to a tight deadline for my test date and I passed today thanks to him. He has so much patience, doesn't mind going over a menouver several times until your happy. Asks you what you feel you need more practise with and helps alot with menouvers by using visual props which help you understand the car, steering etc better. I passed my driving test last week learning with Geoff. We had tighter timelines, as my theory was expiring in couple of months. I had no experience in any sort of driving, even a bicycle. But Geoff as so patient and taught me every aspect of driving. Even when I repeated the mistakes, he was very calm and will go over that again and again. He actually taught me to drive and not only to pass the test. He would bring out the positive things even when I didn't do very well. I love his cute little model car, which he uses for explaining. The documents, the mind map after every lesson and the illustrations he shows were all very useful and refreshing. I am really glad that I chose Geoff and also he was able to take me as a student. I could have written one of the above reviews myself - I also had learned with 2 instructors in manual cars before I started learning automatic with Geoff. I passed my test yesterday and in addition to the expected excitement, I have also come to the realisation that the experience of learning with Geoff has given me the confidence, habits and attitude to enjoy safe driving. I started driving with Geoff roughly December time and I passed my test first time today i started to first learn in a manual car and I really didn't get on with it after having 2 instructors and both of them telling me different things! I passed my test yesterday first time, after learning to drive with Geoff. I am a nervous pupil and was looking for an instructor who would suit my learning style. Geoff has been fantastic! He is calm, friendly and has a lot of patience. He does not mind going over a manoeuvre several times. He allows you the time you need to perfect what you are learning, but will also push you when needed. He is extremely professional and punctual. He uses visual aids, iPad technology and a Lego car to demonstrate what he is trying to teach. As a visual learner this was so important to giving me an understanding of how the car works. He does not teach you how to just pass the test. Geoff wants you to be a safe and confident driver and will give you the skills to become one.
