What’s your signature dish?
As our main cuisine is Creole-fused, our signature dish is our Le Rouge Shrimp & Grits and Champagne flavored cake with Mimosa frosting.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Perfect menus are crafted by the atmosphere of the event, the dynamics of the guests and what style or dish will be the most satisfying, all encompassed together to provide an incredible experience.

Fond memories of cooking with my family and the warmth and love of sharing a meal with someone, whether it be for a joyous occasion or a somber one, food brings everyone together.
