I feel I need to write a review to express my gratitude for Josh's hard work and tenacity during my search for a flat. Not only did he display a serious amount of diplomacy, he went above and beyond to ensure I had found the perfect place. He put in extra hours to clarify any doubts that popped into my mind, listened to what I was looking for, and made sure the transition was quick and clear- always being professional and available. Actually, 1000 stars would be more appropriate! I'm forced into moving for medical reasons, and needed a sale and purchase timed appropriately. Laurence, especially, was totally focused on my interests. And kept on being totally focused even when there were, shall we say, some unusual problems with the purchasers and their multiple (yes, there were multiple) solicitors. My sale has been more stressful than even the worst stereotypes. I couldnt have managed without an estate agent who is the exact opposite of any stereotype. UCL Student Ambassador

I was appointed as student ambassador for three, consecutive years, during my degree. My role involved giving tours, advice and recommendations to prospective students, from across the world. I would highly recommend LDG to anyone planning to live in London.

LDG offers a unique combination of estate agent services, and introductory services as well. This is particularly helpful for international people. For instance one of my housemates moved in from China. Whereas the third tenant was French. Our house was in the W1 area. Hence it was easy, and affordable, to get to and from all of London’s airports. Also the fact that the property was so central meant that we hardly ever used public transport!

There were no surprises, or hidden costs. On the contrary, our consultant gave us tips on how to cut down on living expenses. What’s more, most key establishments have flagship offices in Central London. (ie. banks, law firms & corporations etc.) Hence LDG properties are also ideal for people looking to pursue internships, career opportunities, and professional training programs. In addition, being able to say that you live in Central London is a huge plus! More...

LDG recently sold my flat at the Fitzroy Square end of Charlotte Street. They found me a cash buyer within a matter of weeks at a fantastic price despite my worries that I needed a quick sale and the price was possibly a little ambitious. The buyers were delighted too and pressed to complete asap. Ben was our first contact at LDG. He was extremely clear and made it very easy to discuss the general details including sale price and marketing plans. Once a buyer was secured Jamie took over. He was amazingly efficient and kept me updated with a blow by blow account of events. He was able to dramatically speed up the completion of the sale by notifying me of outstanding information requested by the buyer's solicitor which I then extracted from my files, my legal team or the flat's managing agents. Jamie cut the exchange/completion time in half - saving me a large amount money for which I'm hugely grateful. He did all that whilst remaining cheerful, humorous and charming. This is an 'old school' small and friendly firm with a great work ethic and tremendous customer service. I'm really sorry to say goodbye to my beautiful flat but I've got very happy memories and an extremely healthy bank balance - certainly no regrets. Bless Harrison, he has been dealing with our company and it's forever changing list of requirements for about 2 years now. Nothing ever too much bother and really helped us find the site we needed and facilitated negotiations. What really impressed all of us here was the fact that even post move he has been available to help smooth communication between ourselves and the (somewhat difficult and irksome) building management.
Also - whenever any of us ring up the offices everyone sounds really cheery on the phone - and I know its a little thing but I personally have always appreciated dealing with a company where every person you deal with is happy to be there. Makes a huge difference.
