Laurie was my tutor for chemistry a-level and really helped me excel. I struggled to find a tutor for a while but Laurie was really good at tailoring the way she helped me to study based on my specific needs. Laurie is really good at lesson planning and using time efficiently, she knows a lot about the curriculum and the most effective ways to study. Laurie tutored my daughter in Science at GCSE level during Year 11. Before starting with Laurie my daughter was working at level 3 or 4 and lacked confidence in her ability. Now she's planning to study A levels including Biology and Chemistry and is confident she will get the GCSE grades she needs. Laurie has provided my daughter with confidence and the tools she needs to be a successful independent learner, this positively impacted my daughter's school work across the board.
