I have worked with Laurence for over 12 months as my person trainer and at the age of 52 I think I am in better shape than I have ever been. Having tried a number of personal trainers, Laurence is the only one that I believe tailors the training to the individual's strengths and more importantly weaknesses. Most do the same few exercises across all of their clients.
If you are training for a specific event Laurence can help you achieve your goals but if like me you are training simply to be fitter, stronger and leaner, competing only with yourself rather than with others, then you need a different mix of exercises and targets.
And Laurence is also there when it goes wrong too. In 2013 I ruptured my ACL skiing and Laurence was instrumental in allowing me to make a full recovery through a comprehensive reconditioning built specifically around what I was allowed (by the medics) to do and when.
