My name is Corinne Larkworthy and I am the Sports Massage Therapist at Larkworthy Sports Massage. I have a diploma in Sports Massage, I am qualified in sports/kinesio taping and I am currently training towards becoming a Sports Therapist. I also have an Undergraduate Degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a Masters Degree in Sport Nutrition. To date, I have two years experience working within sports injury clinics, sports clubs and with elite athletes competing for Great Britain. My treatment includes a thorough postural assessment, followed by a range of hands on techniques including massage, active release, assisted stretching and sports/kinesio taping. I enjoy treating all types of people from athletes to the general population, whatever your age or activity level, I believe a sports massage can be beneficial. Outside of work I compete in rowing, long distance running events, team triathlons and love lifting weights!
