My name is Larissa Joice and I am based in and around Chepstow, South Wales. Though I cover Pembrokeshire, South West England & beyond.
I offer child, family and business portraiture as well as beautiful wedding photography. I have a natural & creative story telling style and love capturing laughter and emotion.

Organising a wedding is like starting a new job without training! Larissa Joice was not only our wedding photographer but also indirectly our wedding planner. Her fantastic questionnaire made us think about issue and organisational hurdles we had not considered. It made our wedding so much better. Larissa is friendly and open minded and always responds promptly to any queries and she send reminders! She made us feel special by sending us super delicious chocolates. Above all of this she is an amazing photographer! She has an eye for unique shots and colour. Furthermore, on our wedding day it rained cats and dogs and we took our formals in dark places. When looking at the photos there is so much light and warmth about them that it makes us extremely happy looking at them and I now completely forgot the damp and windy conditions she had to work with! Larissa is truly exceptional. She made my TERRIBLY shy daughter feel at home (in no time she was smiling and playing - something she never did with anyone she'd just met), and got the most stunning shots you've ever seen. Now, over a year later, I still adore them. We'd decided to book Larissa after seeing her photography online. There is something so beautiful and light in Larissa's photography, every image has an ethereal quality that we knew we wanted for our wedding photographs.
The photographs she took for us are completely gorgeous and we love every single one; the personalised photo box is a lovely keepsake and we're so glad we opted for it.
It was honestly so easy to work with Larissa, she has seemingly unending patience and a warm and inviting personality. We were all quite anxious about having our photographs taken as there were so few of us there it would have been easy to feel like we were under a microscope. However, Larissa made it so natural that half the time we forgot that she was there as a our photographer instead of a guest. We would recommend Larissa to anyone searching for a high quality photographer who is also a joy to work with.

No words can describe how talented you are, we couldn't be more pleased with our photographs. You captured so many special moments and this is something we will treasure forever. During our wedding planning we chatted to you via Skype and put us at ease straight away, it meant that on the day we were more relaxed and this certainly came through on our photos. It wasn't long after the wedding that we were told our wedding gallery was available to view. We were so excited to see them after being tortured by the 'sneak peek' photographs which always left us eager to see more! We have met the amazing Larrissa a couple of times, she originally did the photos for my sister in laws wedding! My goodness they were beautiful captured the day so perfectly and naturally. We then went for a family shoot with our 15month old, Larrissa took us to some beatiful places in Wales and again has taken gorgeous natural photos that have captured memories forever.
