Paul was our wedding magician back in July 2018 . He was excellent with the guests and they had nothing but good things to say . Only part that let us down was sadly when we booked him he said he would show the bride and groom a private trick . He did attempt to show us a trick but only when we asked and then sadly we had other commitments from the day, but guess he had a schedule . It didn’t feel very personal from him and would have made a bit difference to our experience if he would have pulled us to do a trick as Stated in booking , but as stated guests had nothing but praise :) . How long have you been interested in magic?
I have always been interested in magic though my interest really took off when I was about 18. I wanted to learn but struggled to get started as it seemed like a minefield. Fortunately a close friend of mine was a magician and he helped me a lot. 18 years later I am a full time professional and I love what I do.
Take us through your show – what can we expect?
I am a close up magician which essentially means I will mix and mingle amongst everyone and wow with cards, coins, sponge balls and mind reading. I like to get everyone involved and my style is lighthearted and fun.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people's reactions to my magic is what spurs me on. I remember how I felt when I first saw magic.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I knew that all of my hard work was worth it when many people asked me to perform at christenings and parties etc. I thought it was worth well starting my own business.
