Initially was really reluctant to hire a personal trainer, believing that fad diets were the quickest and cheapest way to see results. However after several years of yoyo dieting, reaching my goal for a fleeting space of time, only to regain even quicker and experience the subsequent unhappiness...I finally "bit the bullet" and decided to opt for the "traditional", "sensible" option and now I've never looked back.I have seen so much progress already which is a miracle considering I went from sedentary office job with zero exercise, to losing weight, improving my fitness, learning about nutrition and fitness, without the need for lots of cardio machines.Lana is realistic and honest, yet encouraging and personable...not to mention highly qualified. There is plenty of variety so am never bored and am always tracking measurable progress. I would highly recommend if you want to improve your current fitness levels or are a complete newby to the world of sports and fitness-you definitely will not look back! More...

After training with Lana now for two years I can say, without question, that she is a real, rare, gem. Each session is perfectly tailored to my requirements, goals and personal workout preferences (I cannot BEAR a burpee! ). I never used to look forward to the gym, always considering it a chore, but I look forward to it each week knowing that I am not only going to enjoy it but I am going to feel amazing afterwards! I have been training with Lana for 1.5 years and the results are really visible. And remarkable. She has redefined my body and made me feel stronger, leaner and fitter. And made me enjoy training again.She will understand how you feel in each session and will truly adapt the exercises in such a way that you work as hard as you can each time, but with the right intensity. And will set new exercises and routines so that it's never boring and I keep progressing.Very flexible, I value that Lana can rearrange and make up sessions when I am away from London.Very professional, knowledgeable and a lovely person.Recommend 100%. Having taken part in group PT sessions with Lana, as well as putting to use her health and nutrition guide, I couldn’t speak more highly of Lana as a PT. She is friendly and welcoming, and makes it her priority to make you feel comfortable and supported. She caters for any fitness levels and was readily able to adjust exercises to suit my lower back issues, as well as providing me with strengthening exercises to do in my own time. Lana is a fantastic trainer, she listens to what you want to achieve, creates workouts to reflect that and makes each session a new challenge. I wish there were more than 5 stars!I have been training with Lana for a couple of years now and I can honestly say she is amazing. She has incredible knowledge, keeps the workouts challenging and different and truly customises them to your needs. Her attitude towards both food and exercise is so natural and so so healthy. More recently she has been my greatest support since I found out I was pregnant (she's properly qualified on this area too). Her advise, plans and recommendations have made working out still a great experience.Personally she's is also a delight to be around (even at 6am on Monday mornings!) I can't recommend her enough and I look forward to continuing training with her for a very long time! More...
