I have used Lakeland Gas twice now, first for a complete new boiler system installation and once again to remove an old poly-pipe installation in the loft area, and replace with new copper pipework throughout. Lakeland Gas have serviced our boiler for years so when we moved into our new house and needed some pipework rerun they were our first choice. Lee came out and gave us a very competitive quote for the work and a start date which was kept to. On the day the team turned up and quickly worked through the job cleaning up after themselves as they went along. They were pleasant and kept us informed and the work was carried out efficiently. You made an economical repair while others could not locate the problem and were very willing to offer replacement unit in the thousands of £'s. I’ve had problems recently with my boiler, one national company, and two local companies advised on a replacement boiler, at an expected large cost. Luckily I was recommended to ask Lee and Lakeland Gas for their opinion. Lee was honest, genuine, knowledgable and quickly diagnosed the problem. 30 minutes and £50 later the problem was fixed, and my boiler working to it’s full capacity again. After we found ourselves in a difficult place caught between our supplier, northern gas and the national grid, it was Lee who went the extra mile and beyond to find a solution, his professionalism and customer service is second to non and we can not thank him enough.
