I'm a very happy customer! My Nexus 5 phone suffered water damage, resulting in the total loss of touchscreen function, and several places I went to said it was irreparable. Just before I lost all hope of having it fixed, I found L.K. Computers Ltd. They undertook to fix it for a very moderate price and did it! kind of incredible: after being quoted £600 to fix my water-damaged macbook air, these guys managed to fix it for £175! admittedly, it took over a month instead of the initial 24 hours quoted, but given my laptop had been sitting in a cupboard for the past 6 months because i had lost all hopes of its ever turning back on again, it didn't bother me! thank you to the team.

I took my Nintendo 3DS XL in after it broke and the staff there (didn't get the guys name) really helped me to diagnose the problem and get the right equipment. After I received the equipment he kindly installed the new hardware into my 3DS XL for a very reasonable price. Also very interesting and charming guy. Would definitely reccomend and will be going back if some other of my technology breaks. So happy we found LK. We had taken out Lenovo laptop to other repair stores and they had said it would take days or weeks to order parts and then cost around 900 pounds. We are tourists so only had one day and really needed our laptop. The awesome guys at LK came up with a thoughtful and speedy solution. They are true experts who design creative solutions. Avoid this company with a capital A ! Dishonest, Unreliable and not trust worthy ! My experience is consistent with many other negative customer reviews on this company.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. My observations on the business practices and behaviour of its owner are consistent with the alarming concerns and negative feedback on this company on yell. com, google and facebook. Should you decide to use this company for your computer repairs on no account give them an advance monetary payment to cover parts or labour. LK computers had my laptop for over 1 year and when I eventually managed to retrieve it nothing had been done to it. Disgusting !! More...

I had a double hard drive disaster during the transfer of 2TB of data for a movie I am working on. It was a tough challenge considering the failure involved hardware as well as data problems and consisted of a partition failure and loss of data on both a RAID drive and a standard drive. I don't think that anyone would have been able to do it faster at an affordable price than LK Computers. I'd go back and use them again. More...

As an American tourist, who was not familiar with London, when I shattered my iphone 5 glass screen, I was worried that I would have to wait until I come back to the US to get my screen replaced for a reasonable price. I searched for screen replacements online-most were about 100 GBP (much more than the cost in US). I was desparate-after going to one shop and finding it closed (when said open online), I found LK Computers. LK Computers was very knowledgable and replaced the screen in less than 10 minutes (for less than 100 GBP). The screen was super high quality (I didn't realize that there are different grades of screens until I got it replaced). I honestly think that it is better than the original screen if that is at all possible (it doesn't scratch or retain finger prints as much as the old one-maybe its just because it is new). The place is tidy and clean-it isn't trendy/have showy advertising, but if you want a place that knows what it is doing, reasonably priced, and fast-this is your place!! More...
