On recent trip to London I was supposed to take two 15 year old girls clothes shopping. My own daughter was 15 years old 20 years ago, I am terrible at shopping, don't live in the UK and don't know London, so this sounded like a guaranteed disaster. I decided to hire an expert even if it seemed extravagant. I saw Kookie's profile and thought it might be a good fit and when I reached out to her she was enthusiastic about taking on this challenge. Kookie spent so much time on the girls --preshopping questionnaire and then a video call the night before; 5 hours of shopping; a follow up video call the day of shopping, a customized written style report and a personalized pinterest board for each of them. The time, attention and skill alone would have made this a brilliant bargain rather than an extravagance, but Kookie's positive energy, advice, encouragement and guidance to the girls was priceless. It was like getting months of concentrated confidence boosting therapy- even my husband said it was completely worth it after he listened in on the wrap up call - and since his initial reaction to the idea was to go cross eyed, that was great validation. Even though she was working with teens it was clear she knows her business and her positive, no nonsense approach would be great for adults. I had become totally frustrated with my wardrobe which was practically overflowing yet I struggled to find anything suitable to wear and kept reaching for the same few pieces all the time. I had a personal shopping experience with Kookie in Jan 19. I really don’t like shopping usually but it was a brilliant experience. Kookie has a special way of making you feel really good about yourself. She’s not overbearing in any way and doesn’t push you too much to try things you don’t like but she was able to show me that clothes I’d never have considered before actually looked great. She is absolutely personable down-to-earth and full of energy! I had a Closet Organisation and Personal Shopping Experience, and she was amazing!
Kookie, went through my wardrobe and helped organise it for me, made a list of things I needed (not want), and left me with the decision to purchase them myself. I made the decision to have her as a personal shopper, she was once again very calm, considerate and patient!
I'm plus size and have a lot of insecurities about myself and she helped me feel at ease. The time with Kookie time well spent and I would say book her she's a superstar!

Absolutely amazing! I went for the Super Star Full Shebang and have enjoyed every last minute. Kookie is just too good for words. Professional, funny, vibrant and passionate about what she does I felt totally cared for. She is the epitome of a fabulous fairy-godmother but with just that extra touch of flair.I went back to work after 15 years of 'mama, mommy, mom!' stages. To say I was out of my league of what to wear at work was an understatement. The scruffy jeans, or in my case track bottoms and tees had to be dumped. What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the smile of confidence and satisfaction on my clients' faces, when they realise they are just as awesome and amazing as anyone else and the only thing they need to change is their own perception of themselves before changing the clothes they wear. My job is fantabulous!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being in retail and seeing how little support customers get from the staff. I believe that when you give true genuine service, sound advice and guidance, you help shoppers to shop savvy and return for more of your great service. I left retail to start my own business to give my clients that one on one customer service they deserve, and show them how to get their wardrobe to work for them rather than against. It's also about educating them on things like body shape and why it is important to dress your shape, know your style and to adapt a trend to your style rather than the other way round. I love what I do and wouldn't change it for the world.

Dependent on your budget and your need, I will help find clothes that fit your style, your body shape, and work for your lifestyle rather than against it.
We will shop productively, buy what you need rather than because the price looks good and choose wisely taking the stress out of shopping, leaving you feeling confident and happy with your decisions and purchases.
