I just want to say Luke is amazing at what he does. He knowledge of the RI 1000 is impeccable. Last Friday Sept 27, 2019 while printing some shirts for my client, I got an encoder strip error. Followed all the steps in the manual to clean it and kept getting the same error after rebooting the printer. Tried calling Anajet but it was 8pm cst and Anajet customer support was closed for the day. Not sure why customer support is closed on the weekend especially for how delicate the printers are and couple with the fact that most people do their work over the weekend. So my entire weekend was a mess because I couldn't sleep knowing that my printer might not work on Monday because the print heads were dry. Bottom line I called Monday and behold, Luke took care of my problem. Antonio Ospina was a huge help as we worked to get my Printer up and running again. We had been printing well for a few months when all of the sudden my printer insisted my full white ink cartridges were empty. Antonio was very very knowledgable on what was going on with my machine, and he also was a calming force as I had to take apart and reinstall some parts that I was a little concerned about trying to accomplish. I have had a ton of questions and issues with this machine that were easily resolved over the phone with tech support. I specifically remember Shawn before my very caring and remembering me each time I called. Most recently I dealt with Luke who made sure to follow up and helped me deal with parts installation and aftercare. He even offered to come in on Saturday to help me get my machine running before the work week. I highly recommend doing the onsite training if it is your first DGT machine. JB Sewing is a very good company. Reliable and informed about new products and techniques. I have bought two top quality machines, a Horn Quilter's Delight Cabinet and Horn rolling chair. The phone call service I had when I asked about a particular thread colour was just as good as the service I had when I bought a £6000 sewing machine. Cannot be bettered and they also have an excellent range of quilting cottons at reasonable cost. I wish more companies were like this, with management still on site and as happy to serve you themselves as let one of their also knowledgeable assistants help you. More...

I have been lucky enough to have two machines from J & B Sewing Machines and received a great deal of unbiased help when choosing them both. I attended an appropriate course with each machine, both of which were rally helpful in "getting to know" my new machines and truly inspiring (definitely down to the friendly teachers/experts on the day). Can't wait for the new store to open in Cardiff in March which will be much closer for me. My experience with Anajet has been very good. The machine (Sprint) worked as advertised - we currently operate two of them. I believe that this technology works very well with a standard screen-printing setup. Printing full color CMYK images onto dark garments really opens the door adding more designs to your apparel offerings. The tech team is always helpful. We have had a couple issues over the 2 years we've had them - nothing that would make me say "don't do business with these guys". As far as DTG printing goes Anajet does a good job providing an affordable product that works. The only downside isn't really with Anajet as much as DTG printing itself. The technology just isn't terribly reliable unless you maintain your printer - which I just don't think people do properly. The printer needs to printing constantly and in a humidity controlled room. If you baby the machine - it will treat you right. More...
